Versa Lite asks to open the app

I am using versa lite. My son hit the factory reset option unintentionally. Unfortunately now I cant open my fitbit again. When it starts it says to open the app and I do the same as guided but it never works. I reinstalled my app as well. but still does not work.

Hi @djzsb, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it only asks you to open the app. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page. After this, monitor your Versa Lite and see if the issue gets fixed.
