I purchased my Versa Lite in February, 2020 & for the past week I’ve had to charge it daily. The full charge doesn’t last 24 hours so I can’t track my sleep. After searching different forums for advice I’ve adjusted the settings, turned it off, reset it, etc. & nothing has worked to extend the battery life. Help!

I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
