Versa Lite battery drains fast

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought my versa lite 6 months ago and the battery used to last around 4 days. I started having some syncing problems in the last weeks but I could solve it force starting the app on my phone.

Few days ago after maybe 1 day after fully charging the battery my fitbit was dead and I didn't receive any notification that the battery was low, I charged it again, the same happened in the following 3 days until yesterday that my fitbit fully changed battery drained after a couple of hours. And today the full battery lasted less than 2 hours.

Hello, I’ve had my Fitbit Versa for a little over a year and it always has had excellent battery life, lasting me 4-5 days or more. In the past week, it will not hold a charge for more than a day, and now it is draining in half a day! I am not using it more than normal and I usually only stick it in the charger for less than 30 mins when it is low on battery, so I know it’s not leaving it in the charger. Please help connect me with the Support team. I love fitbit products and recommend them to everyone, but now I’m not so sure. 😞

mine was 6 months old so I could return it to the shop where I bought it and they gave me a new one.

I took it back to the shop where I bought it with the receipt and the box and they gave me a new one.
