Versa Lite battery drains fast

my versa lite has suddenly stopped holding charge in the last week or two..I now have to charge it each night.. (used to be every 3 to 4 days)...

I haven't changed anything that I know of... any suggestions?

Hi @tedwalsh, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.

tried everything you suggested. (had already done most of it over last two weeks.. no joy.. battery charge lasting less than 24 hrs).. have now done a factory reset, recharged unit over night and will see how things go today.

device is losing charge rapidly.. full charge to no charge in 6hrs today
