I've been using Versalite since 2021, and last week all of a sudden battery drained within an hour. I noticed a continuous red bright light from the back of device which was never seen before. I did the factory reset but it doesn't help. I contacted customer support however it's not useful as device is out of warranty.

It's not getting hot while charging.
We are buying Fitbit at a premium price and expecting Fitbit customer support to arrange a repair or replacement for the manufacturing defect.
