Versa Lite battery life draining fast

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My battery had been draining everyday from past 3-4 months. It's been less than a year since I bought it. I don't use any music apps, all I use it is to track my sleep and heartbeat. My clock face is also a basic one from fitbit. I don't get any notifications on my device,  settings are at the lowest dim and manual screen on. It's very frustrating to charge the device everyday. It dies in less than 24 hours.

I have a similar issue with my Versa 2. It used to last about 4 days. Sadly, after a year it doesn't even last for 10 yours.  I don't use any apps, I had it set to all day sync and no bluetooth.  The worst part is that it was right after the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I disabled all day sync, I hope that helps. Sorry I don't have a solution but just wanted to share this issue.

Welcome aboard @Pelon_2.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with your device, I understand your frustration with this matter. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
