It’s been less than 48 hours since I called this versa lite mine and I’ve had to charge it thrice already.
deliberately charged it before bed To monitor my sleep 11pm only to Wake up at 5:20 to a dead screen.
I also own a charge so know this absolutely isn’t a Fitbit general issue.
can someone provide proper support ASAP before I feel like tossing it in the bin?

Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
