Have been a Fitbit user for years. My Versa, which I recently gave to my 91 year older Mom is draining within 1 day. I have done all the recommendations (reset, turn off notifications, and more). Nothing seems to fix it. Please advise how to fix.
Thank you.

DON'T do a factory reset.
Did it get wet? In a bath or shower? You can check for condensation in the back windows with a magnifying glass.
If its not wet what settings did she enable that you didn't have [screen timeout, brightness, SpO2 clock face, or different clock face]
Quick check
On the watch Swipe down once from the very top It will show your notifications Swipe down again from the very top Click on the two white bars to get to Quick Settings |
