Hi
I am having big problems with my battery on the Versa lite. I’ve had it around a month now and it’s barely lasting 1 day, I had a blaze previously with tbh exactly the same features and that would last 5-7 days. This was advertised as 4 and with weather updates etc and better screen I assumed this is why is was less battery.
i don’t use the music feature and only have texts as notifications. I charge it fully to 100% for 2 hours at least each time. ( the last being last night before I put it back on to track my sleep, it is now flashing a warning battery sign and I haven’t even used it today and been in the house) for it to drain from full to empty over night seems very poor and tbh makes it unusable in my day to day life. Is this a faulty one, is there a better option, I’m tempted to get another blaze or look at Apple instead as charge it once a day if not multiple times (this is now the 2nd time I’ve had to charge on 24hours)

Contact Fitbit, they usually will honor replacement device if your watch is under 1 year old.
