Versa Lite battery not lasting

Charge is running out quickly not lasting a day and it should be at least 4 ?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your device's battery is draining faster than expected. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help.

 

The estimated battery life for Versa Lite is 4+ days. Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Change the Screen Wake setting to manualHow do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
  4. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.
