I charged my Versa on Friday morning and it was at 99% when I removed it from the charger. The screen was black when I awoke around 5:30 this morning. I found a helpful tip on this page to reset the Versa and get the clock face feature back. After doing that, I realized my FitBit is already down to 12%—it has been less than 48 hours since I charged it to 99%. It looks like others have had similar issues. I don’t see specifically what has been done to fix it since all have slightly different nuances. Can someone give me some recommendations for this?

Hi @Meandmycats2020, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Thank you @RicardoFitbit! I turned off the unnecessary features and have once again charged it via the FitBit wall charger. It’s still at 95% after 8 hours.

You're welcome @Meandmycats2020, your reply is also appreciated.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me. If you still believe your battery is not lasting as long as expected, we’d like you to do a battery test to see how long your battery lasts after a full charge. Please do the following:
When your battery is completely drained, meaning that your Versa Lite is no longer responsive and you no longer see the low battery indicator, let me know the day you fully charged your tracker and the day it was fully depleted. With this information, I’ll be able to better research how long your device's battery is lasting.
I'll be waiting for your reply.
