Versa Lite battery short life

I purchased my fitbit versa lite 7 days ago . I fully charged it before putting it on . I seem to lose between 50 and 60% of battery in one day! I've dimmed the light setting ect.  I had to charge it 3 times in less than a week when it's supposed to last 4 days + .

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the battery on your new Versa Lite is draining faster than expected. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.
