Versa Lite battery short life

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I own a versa lite. My battery life is getting shorter by the week. I now have to charge it every other day. I have owned it for a little over two years. Is this normal? I don’t have anything extra downloading on it. Strictly use it for time and steps. Can you help me out.

Mobile syncing device i phone 11.

Hi @GraceGabby

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Please try doing several resets in a row. To reset, hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Let it fully start and then do it again. The multiple restarts has fixed this same issue for several people. Fingers crossed it does the trick for you too.

That did not work. I tried it last night and this morning I have a message
my fitbit battery is low. I am not very happy about this. This is my third
fitbit. I never had any problems with my others. I have always upgraded to
a newer model.

I tried this last night and again this morning I am getting the same message. I have owned three fit bits. Had the same problem with my first one. I have upgraded to a newer model each time. I love the product. Any other suggestions?
