Hi ange. I will let you know the outcome as the support team are trying to help me resolve it at the min. Although I find the more active I am the quicker the battery drains ?

Thank you, I will keep the post posted as and when I get a solution to it as it seems the more active the quicker the battery dies. Picking the time to mention during UK national lockdown was prob not a good time as very restricted. So once I can resume fully I will try what they’ve said and report back to them
kind regards
Emma
