Hello,
I’m reporting issues with my Versa Lite, purchased March this year. After charging, the screen is black. The versa still syncs with my phone, vibrates, green light on back works, and the screen displayed the fitbit logo when connected to the charger.
All of the troubleshooting guides listed in this form have not opened, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mokuyi, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since the screen won't turn on, even though you noticed that it's syncing and vibrates. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, restart your ersa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out if the display turns on again.

Hey hey! For a refreshing chance of pace, that worked! It took longer than 10 seconds to reset, but the screen reloaded.
