Hi,
since yesterday my watch has a black screen, initially I thought it was discharged. I charged the during the night and same issue. I’ve also tried this without any change:
Connect and deconnect bluetooth
switch off the watch by clinking 10 sec on the left button
install again Fitbit app
remove watch for application and tried to add it.
a common element of all these steps is that the application/bluetooth is not able to find or recognise my watch

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa Lite. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Versa Lite and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
