Versa Lite calorie count is not accurate

Hi! Yesterday I switched from a Fitbit Charge 2 to a Fitbit Versa Lite, I’m noticing that the calories burned in the Lite are significantly less than what the Charge 2 showed me for two years. Mind that my stats are the same, height, age and weight. I’ve tried to restart the watch but nothing changes, what could it be?

Hi there @beatriceleon, it's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details provided about the accuracy of the calorie count on your Versa 2 compare to your Charge 2. 

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they tried to help you. However, they haven't heard back from you since June 16th, if you're still having issues with the calorie count, please reply back to your case so they can continue assisting you.
