Versa Lite constantly turning off

My Versa Lite that is less than 3 months old just started turning itself off and on over and over. I tried resetting it, several times but all it says is that data didnt clear and to sync again. I've unpaired it from my phone and tried reinstalling it from scratch but it wont stay turned on long enough to even pair with my phone & if it does stay on for more than a few minutes the screen goes black. Plz advise on how to fix or get a replacement....

@CrystalGM, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite turns off by itself constantly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
