Versa Lite continues to try to sync

My versa lite was acting strange the past week. I could not scroll on my screen. Up, down or sideways. I came to the forum and read up on rebooting it. Once I did that it never started back up. It just went into constantly trying to sync. For over 3 hrs. Over and over. So I tried to do a hard reset. Removed it from my Bluetooth and tried to start over. Because it’s in constant repeat Sync, I now can’t get it to show the 4 digit number in order to reload to my phone. And I’ve not found anything in the forum to help with this particular situation. Please help!

Update: Now it’s showing the Fitbit symbol. Goes black for half a second and then symbol comes back. This has been going on for the last hour. I’ve deleted from Bluetooth, deleted app, reinstalled app and reset versa lite. Now I’m at the symbol going on and off. Please help.

No help in resolving these issues. I HATE Versa Lite and These unresolved CONSTANT problems! It has ruined me ever wanting to purchase a higher end Fitbit!!! Or any product with a Fitbit logo! There goes $150 in the trash!
