Versa Lite didn’t track activity

Didn’t track activity. Walked 2 miles one stop after 12 min. (Talk to neighbor) finished at 30 min.

Hi @Sportsmom1  Try restarting your Versa Lite several times and see how it goes next time you walk. Please come back here if you continue to have problems.

Edited to add, I just had another thought. What is the threshold set to for it to recognise walks? The default is 15 minutes, which means if you dont walk for 15 minutes continulously it wont recognise you are walking. To check what yous is set at, in you app go to your account and scroll down to Goals and select Exercise and you can change the recognition times there.  I have mine set to 10 minutes (the minimum you can choose)
