I did the update a few days ago on my watch. The screen doesn’t wake up and if it does it won’t swipe to the right to access the apps and there is a weird line down my screen.
I have talked to other people who have had problems with their fitbit not working after the update.

Hi!
I tried this but because the screen has stayed black I was not able to reset it, or shut it down properly.
I did purchase warranty on my watch so they are sending me a new one.
