Versa Lite display not turning on

I’ve only had my versa lite a couple months and soon as I started wearing it I couldn’t get the screen to work after a while. It sucks because I like to change music with it and I can’t do that!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa Lite are still blinking or does your device vibrates when you put its battery to charge? In the meantime I receive your answer, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.

I tried to restart it and it still isn’t working! Now it’s staying on the heart rate and won’t do anything else.

Thanks for trying the restart process that was shared on my previous post. To move forward, can you please let me know what do you mean when you say that your Versa is staying on the heart rate and won't do anything else? Did your device turn on but it's just tracking heart rate data?

Yes it turns on and only tracks the heart rate. The screen won’t even move when I try to swipe it.
