Yesterday, display in top corner was flicking on its own, apps were opening at random. Today, I put it on charge after the screen went blank due to 5% battery. Despite syncing and being fully charged, black screen. Tried factory reset by holding button- nothing is happening. Tried changing clock face from Bitmoji to factory one, still nothing... this is a replacement Versa Lite as last one malfunctioned! Not impressed! Any suggestion?
