My Fitbit versa lite just randomly got a black screen a few hours ago I thought it would be an intermitent issue so left it but it never came back.
i have changed the clock face to a Fitbit one and not a third party and that didn’t help.
ive also done a reset which did nothing but made it unpair with my phones Bluetooth and it will not pair up again.
please help I’ve not even had it a year!!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
