Versa Lite display not turning on

Fitbit replaced twice in less than a year. 3rd one out of warranty so I’m s. o. l   App shows 100% charged, but black screen,  appears dead. Anyone??  So frustrating. I miss tracking my steps.

Hi. They did assist me. Unfortunately, after replacing it 2 times while under warranty, the 3rd time it died, it was out of warranty by just a few months so it was not replaceable. I just purchased another Fitbit. This time Versa 2. I will give it one more shot. If this one does what the Versa Lite did, I have to say I will be done purchasing your product for good.
