Versa Lite display won't swipe

Versa Lite will not toggle between activities on screen & does NOT swipe in any direction.   I have done the "hold back button" down for 10 seconds exercise several times & still no change.   I read that next potential FIX is to use "settings" icon to TURN the watch OFF and ON.

Can someone tell me HOW to get to the settings icon without having that capability of swiping?  TY!.

Regarding the swiping issues that your Versa's display experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
