I have had my fitbit coming up 2 years now and the screen just turned black one night, I havent tried to fix it as i thought it was the charger but since buying a new charger the problem hasnt changed. Ive tried to factory reset it but nothing happens

Hi @annarosemcelroy, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

This has happened to me twice and both times what worked was to hold down the power button and one of the other buttons on the right simultaneously. you have to hold them down together for a long time before it will reboot. I found that tip after searching online for solutions for a long time when none of the customer assistance worked.
