My Versa Lite aged 2 yrs, has decided to display a black screen which means I am unable to read any information or perform a factory reset. Despite restarting the device on numerous occasions nothing has changed. The watch still syncs, vibrates etc but the battery life only lasts for approx 24 hrs. Any suggestions would be appreciated please.

In addition to the restart I would recommend changing your Fitbit device's clock face by following these instructions.
