Versa Lite doesn't recognize when I go to sleep

My Versa Lite is not recognizing when I go to sleep.  For example, last night I went to bed at about 10:30 pm.  The Versa did not recognize that I was asleep until around 4:00 am and reported that I had less than 4 hous of sleep.  Is anyone else having this problem or are the environmentals that I am not aware of that is confusing the Versa Lite?

@NorthernCaptain, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Versa lite not recognizing your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
