I received a versa lite for Christmas. It stopped working in February. I was sent a refurbushed replacement from fitbit😡. I was also told there is no more replacements you get 1 with the factory warranty... After 3 months? Anyway, Here is my issue, my new Christmas watch showed fat, cardio and peak numbers , all 3 together. This "renewed" one does not. It is up to date and cardio app is on. Any suggestions?

Hi @Bboggs, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not showing cardio and peak numbers. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone after your post in the forums. I'm glad to hear that a replacement unit was provided and you are back on track.
