Today in the morning I was using my Versa lite, I was doing the walking exercise. Then I turned it off and when I turned it on again I get an X and a text that says Data not cleared, Sync & try again.

@ruth.solano Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the "Data not cleared" message that your Versa Lite displays, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the message disappears and it starts properly.
