Versa Lite doesn't work unless on the charger

Versa lite screen doest work unless on the charger & is fully charged.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Have done both & still no lights on back or screen access unless on charger & that only works half the time. Also tried a factory reset.
