Versa Lite dosen't stay connected to bluetooth

I got my watch for Christmas. Love it. But it doesn't stay connected to my bluetooth. I've tried turning the watch off, bluetooth off, my phone off. Even tried connecting to another device. Still the same. Any other suggestions?

Hi I have tried it all. And I use an Androud, Samsung. All up to date. Have no trouble connecting any other bluetooth devices.

If younsamsung is updated to Android 10, it is a known issue. See THIS thread for updates.
