I have been having trouble syncing ever since I got my FitBit. I did a factory reset to try and remedy the problem, but it has done nothing but probably make it worse! I now have a Red X and it tells me that "Data Not Cleared. Sync & Try Again". Problem is...it won't connect via bluetooth! I have done all the turn on, turn off.....the delete the app and reinstall.....the shut down and start up.....I've done it ALL! To no avail. I went to device manager after it told me "driver is unavailable". I thought I didn't need a driver for this, but figured ok....let me try to "update" whatever driver it needs. Turns out the FitBit is not even listed under the Bluetooth section AT ALL!!!!!! You know where I found it and it's not even called "FitBit". I found it under "other devices" and it is listed there as "IP-over-USB"...I KNOW that's it because I deleted it, plugged in the charger again and sure enough....came up in the same spot with the same name. I need to know what to do to fix this. Why isn't it being recognized as a bluetooth device in the first place?

Hi @Wolfie1038 bluetooth is used, but not in the conventional way. You might want to start with the basics to get yourself going again.
