The Versa Lite hung during an update after I changed the watch face. I've spent weeks trying to get it working again. It pretty much makes through the update now. It was failing during update or occasionally getting a red X saying Data not cleared, sync and try again. When it gets through the process there is no watch face when I try to add one I get an error message. I have reset the watch, deleted the app from the phone, power cycled the phone etc. multiple times.

Hi @stashu1117 That doesnt sound good at all! Try a Factory Reset and set it up again. If that doesnt fix the issue then contant Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
