Hi my Fitbit versa stopped working. The face had come away from the casing. How can I get this fixed?

Hi @DeeTee15, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the face of your Versa Lite has come away from the casing.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
