I am just going to find a better product that the company will stand behind. This a ridiculous. They wont even tell me when there will be a fix for the update. Thy just want to do the same troubleshooting over and over. Never another fitbit for me.

Sadly I purchased a Versa Lite on Black Friday from Kohl’s. It’s worked for only the first 2-3 weeks. I can see notifications if I swipe down, but do not receive vibrations or pop ups on the screen. I’ve chatted with Fitbit 3 times now, every time they tell me they’re aware of the problem and they’re working on a update. When the update comes out I install it, it does nothing. Then I chat again with them. Every time they have me go through 30 steps, wasting 45 minutes and then tell me to wait for another update. I tried to return the watch to Kohl’s, unfortunately it’s now past their return policy, I asked Fitbit if I could exchange it with them, they told me they will only do returns or exchanges if you purchased the watch from them directly and it’s been less than 45 days. I’m very disappointed that they won’t stand behind their product! Wasted my money!

I highly recommend returning it while you can! I took their advice and waited for their updates and now it’s past the return window and they won’t stand behind their product.

I was told by support to do the factory reset! Now it won't work at all and I'm having to mail my Fitbit to them. The email says I will receive an email 5-10 business days on what to do further. Is this normal? I feel like I'm about to be ripped off.

Has your battery issue been resolved? I use to get 3 or 4 day battery life and now less than 24 hours.

UPDATE: I called Fitbit support, the gentleman assisted me with connecting my watch to my computer which has windows 10 on it. Through the Fitbit app on my computer I was able to update my watch and it now works again!!

Fitbit decided to send me a new one. It arrived yesterday. However the new one won't go past the 'download the app' screen. I've honestly had enough of this company already. 4 weeks, 3 weeks it hasn't worked for, 2 seperate fitbit, 1 shambolic company!!
