I have read through all the posts about the firmware updates not working, I have tried all the suggestions and I still can't get it to update. I don't have windows 10 and I don't recall seeing that as a required device in order to get updates! I just purchased my watch on 3-9-2020 and when I set it up for the first time I got version 3.13 and yet 3.16.1 was the latest version at that time. Now there is 3.17 version and I'm stuck on 3.13. I wish I checked out this forum before spending $150 for a device that is outdated and not able to be updated! I don't understand how so many people have the same issue since December and yet there is still not a fix for this?

Please confirm if you also tried the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the steps that haven't been performed.
