Three days ago my versa lite began flashing the Fitbit logo randomly- no damage, no recent updates. I've drained the battery and recharged twice, it will not let me do a reset, holding the button even for minutes at a time does not cause a vibration or the logo to appear/disappear. I've had it about one year....
Help me please, I'm lost without my tracker!!

At this time, I'd recommend making sure that your Versa Lite is still paired to your Fitbit account. If it's not paired, I'd recommend trying to add it back to your account by following the instructions here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
