My Fitbit Versa Lite is frozen on music controls. If I play music from my phone, the touchscreen controls work, but, I can’t ‘back’ out & holding down the button doesn’t reset the watch. Help! I have a 10k on the Schedule Today!

Hi @Jenben376, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the frozen screen issue that your Versa Lite experienced when playing music, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
