Hi!
Since update, I've been having problems with my Versa Lite watch but today nothing works: I get notifications on my watch but cannot swipe...when the clockface is showing I cannot swipe my screen either... so basically, my watch is useless...How to I reset please? Or other suggestions from you guys?
I can't find how to seset my versa lite watch on the boards or on the fitbit website, no info on the LITE version.

Hi @MoreSee5, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the touchscreen issue that your Fitbit Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
