Versa Lite has a blank screen and won't open settings

I charged my versa up to 86% then got it off the charger. The screen is black but I can swipe over and see all my apps. It won’t let me open any of them though. When I do it keeps loading then shuts off. I can still control the music but can’t get to the settings to restart my Fitbit. Then after 8 hours of work my Fitbit was dead even though it was on 86% when I charged it the same day. This is the first time anything bad has happened to my versa. Please help!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend making sure your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device? 

 

You can also try the following:
