Versa Lite has a blank screen and won't open settings

I charged my versa up to 86% then got it off the charger. The screen is black but I can swipe over and see all my apps. It won’t let me open any of them though. When I do it keeps loading then shuts off. I can still control the music but can’t get to the settings to restart my Fitbit. Then after 8 hours of work my Fitbit was dead even though it was on 86% when I charged it the same day. This is the first time anything bad has happened to my versa. Please help!
