I’ve had this fitbit since the spring, less than 6 months (Versa Lite). Did the software update earlier this week and shortly afterwards, my watch shut down. Restarted and noticed all settings reset.
Last night, lines on screen/screen lit but nothing else. Did usual troubleshooting & put on charger (was close to fully charged anyways) for 1 hr. When I took it off the charger, extremely hot to the touch...I was actually concerned for a fire hazard had I left it on the charger.
This is the 2nd fitbit in less than two years. Normal wear and tear so suffice it to say I’m really not impressed with Fitbit at the moment.
And of course, automated response using the support email.
