Versa Lite has to be tapped a few times to turn it on

Bought my versa lite a week back and have to tap the screen few times to get the display.

@Parv it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since you need to tap it several times in order to turn the display on.

 

I would like to know if this doesn't happen when you push the button.

 

In the meantime, please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, tap the screen of the watch twice rapidly and see if the screen turns on.
