That still doesn’t work, and now I can’t link it to Bluetooth. I’ve tried everything that was suggested. Am I just out of a tracker? I have read through all posts and tried everything.

Hi there @JeanetteEG, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I appreciate you took the time to troubleshoot the syncing issue with your Versa Lite, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Give this a go and let me know if the steps work.
