My versa lite the green light stopped working all together. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting. I have no heart rate or sleep tracking

Presumably you checked that heart rate didn't get turned off in settings on the watch and restarted the watch.

 

In which case its probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
