Versa Lite heart rate led is not working

The HR led on my versa lite doesn’t work. My HR isn’t tracked and the green light stays permanently on. I have tried to turn HR data off and on in settings but the led stays on in the back. The only time it turns off is when I either shut it down or hard reset it.

Mine is having the similar issue, reset heart rate on/off. Check for recent updates, deleted app reloaded, turn off the Versa and back on. Green lights are not showing up. It went it out around noon yesterday!? Any suggestions on how to get it resolved ?
