I have had my Versa Lite for just over 7 months (bought my Fitbit in Nov 2019) now and suddenly my heart rate stopped working. My fitbit is connected to my Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but even after following the troubleshooting steps, I still found that the Heart rate monitor was not working. Furthermore my Versa Lite seems to have occasional problems with regards to syncing to my phone, I keep having to readd my fitbit as a new device to receive notifications and for my personal data to update. Your assistance with these 2 matters will be much appreciated

Who can assist me. No heart rate or steps showing but messages time and calls fine.
