Versa Lite heart rate readings are too high

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Two days ago my Versa Lite stopped tracking my heart rate. I was able to find a solution through the community chats. By resetting my fit bit, reinstalling the app and reconnecting my fitbit/phone's blue tooth connection, it finally started tracking again. About an hour after I realized that it was tracking my heart rate at rates of 150-180bpm. This is obviously not accurate. Any advise on how this can be fixed is greatly appreciated. I've only had this for about 6 weeks.

Hi @AshleyWalks7, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since the heart rate readings are way too high. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
