Mine isn’t working either and I’ve tried everything to fix it that’s suggested ;( ugh

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting. To further investigate, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa Lite are still flashing? Or are they off? When was the first time you experienced this issue? More information will be appreciated, please let me know which troubleshooting steps you already tried so we can move forward.
